In Spanish or English New Tooth Translates Into Healthy Outlook

Everyone who visits our office gets to know Bruny, a DSG dental assistant. She wants you to feel as comfortable and confident as she does. Dental treatment is something few people look forward to and words like surgery do little to help. To move beyond the words of dentistry, Bruny offers her dental implant story, an insider's perspective with an "I've done it too"Âť viewpoint.

Bruny was a candidate for an implant because her tooth, which had a root canal a while back, was broken down after biting down on it over the years. The resulting space in her smile was embarrassing. She started with a partial denture, but it caused her pain and she had to take it out when eating. Once she placed it in a napkin and lost it all together. She was ready to move beyond conventional dentistry and onto what's now possible.

Dr. Howlett suggested they replace the partial denture with a permanent dental implant. Now her teeth stay where they should and she no longer needs to put her confidence in a napkin.

In her dental implant video, Bruny graciously talks about how the procedure went for her in both Spanish and English. She shows you how even ONE implant can put a BIG smile on your face.

We hope her translation goes beyond the words of dentistry and gives you a reason to discover a higher level of dental health.

Bruny and the entire DSG team encourage you to start a discussion with your family or general dentist. Collaboration with your dentist is the key to developing a complete dental health plan. If you would like to visit with our oral surgeons, Drs. Tania and Brian Howlett about your needs or the needs of a loved one.
